Shipping policy

We deliver products domestically and internationally using Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service. Metropolitan and Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days unless in the event there are unforeseeable delays.

For areas that fall under the regional or International network zones may receive their parcel within 2-14 business days.

We ask that you keep a close eye on the tracking of your parcel. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once your order has left the warehouse, Posisocks is no longer liable for its whereabouts. Please see below for more information.

If you have not received your Shipping Confirmation items within 5 business days of making your order, please email us at hi@posisocks.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

Please note that Posisocks is not liable for parcels lost internationally. It is your responsibility to track your parcel directly with your country’s postal service.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit and processing during sale and holiday periods. If you would like a parcel by a certain date please email us in advance and we may be able to prioritise your order.

CUSTOMS / ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Selected countries receive no additional taxes or duties on delivery. Import taxes can be over 100% of the order value and we cover these taxes and costs for you, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives. Orders to some countries may incur customs or other charges. As these charges are based on your country’s postal regulations, Posisocks has no control over these charges, cannot advise what they will be, and is not liable for them. Please contact your country’s postal service for more information. Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Posisocks is not liable to refund your purchase or replace the goods. Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and or non-delivery will incur a re-postage processing fee. This will be invoiced to you and not resent until the invoice is paid.

ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
We encourage customers to track parcels. Posisocks is not liable for fault of delivery by either courier. Please let us know and we can help you to contact the correct customer care, however, we are not able to refund in these circumstances. Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a re-postage processing fee. This will be invoiced to you and not resent until the invoice is paid.
